All information that is no longer required to complete the service for which R and A Freij has been engaged is permanently deleted and erased from any laptop or handheld mobile device on which it is stored. Any physical copy is destroyed by confidential shredding. The only exception to this stipulation is in relation to data which doctors are legally required to retain for 8 years.
